We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointments, and call 24 hours prior to canceling or rescheduling services. Below is a list of frequently asked questions in regards to our booking policy, payments, arrivals, no shows and packages. Please note: there is $100 cancellation fee for cancelling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment (once your appointment is confirmed).
We offer free consultation for all our clients, both in person and via photos. The first few minutes of all our procedures is dedicated to consultation to make sure the desired treatment is appropriate and safe.
